Major (retired) Adil Raja, a retired army officer, said he reached his destination safely. family in London after reports that he was missing from Islamabad.
“There is a lot to say, but I will reveal it at the right time. After that, if something happens to my mother or other loved ones, I won’t care about anyone other,” he wrote. on his handle on Twitter on Thursday.

There are reports of the disappearance of Raja on social media earlier this week when his wife Sabina Kajaani posted on Twitter about her husband’s disappearance.

“I tried desperately to contact my husband @soldiers says but couldn’t track it down. None of them anyone more. Anybody have information about him? Any help We will be very grateful,” she wrote. on microblogging site.

“Men claiming to be from the FIA raided my mother. in the laws house, and @soldierspeaks wasn’t there. Her house barely 100 meters from the army house. Shortly after that we lost contact with my husband,” she wrote in another tweet.
Sabina later confirmed that she was able to make contact with her husband. “Dear all, I have heard from my husband. He is fine and free Alhamdulillah. Thanks a lot for your support. Please keep us in your prayers,” she wrote.
