ISLAMABAD: Head of Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) Mulan Fazlur Rehman on Monday demanded new elections in country and said that they should be carried out immediately.
In a statement, the JUI-F chief said that his party has its own position and consider it their duty to return the mandate of in people and get a new mandate from them.
“If there are gaps in selective system Then they should solve through reforms via current assembly,” said Fazlur Rehman and added”JUI-F don’t favor of extension of term of office.
Meanwhile, JUI-F Senator Kamran Murtaza also said that his party wouldn’t be a part of federal office. “We should support in government without joining office,” he said. added what JUI-F should sit in opposition and support in government.
Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) also divided over joining in new federal cabinet even after passing of six days before formation of in new government.
Sources with knowledge of the matter told ARY News that former President Asif Ali Zardari against joining federal cabinet, and PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari seeks join cabinet.
They said that PPS more interested in holding constitutional office compared to ministries in federal cabinet, and PML-N has not yet made a decision in this context.
PPP asked for constitutional offices, including four governors, and demanded three important ministries in federal office.
Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) not answered to the requirements of PPS, including the presidency of the Senate and others so far.
