Police defended their response to an Easter Sunday rave that included at least 1,000 revelers. next to Army firing range in Dorset.
The police warned the participants of the party not to cross the road military facilities on them way to event in East Lulworth, which caused “calamity and confusion” of the locals.
The rave passed near Bovington. military base on land owned by the Ministry of defense and was finally dispersed belatedly on Sunday evening, more than 21 hours after it started.

“It’s clear that we got a number of calls from concerned and pissed off the residents. who got enough sleep disturbed through noise levels coming from illegal event”said Sam de Reya, deputy chief constable.
“I will like assure them that we are fully aware of this is an unauthorized mass meeting of people and we are actively working to… event to a conclusion.”
