Four teens charged with manslaughter after death of Human in Kent who it is assumed that he fell from a height.
Police named the victim 42-year-old Dale Simmons. body was found in en area near Chalk Pit Hill in Chatham, Kent, on Thursday around 11 am.
Kent police said he was believed to have died between 6 and 8 pm the night before.
