ISLAMABAD: Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari called on Saturday prime minister select for “honorary exit” instead of seeking for “NRO or back door” to save him government.
“Either resign or face motion of no confidence in National Assembly,” said the chairman of the PPP, addressing reporters.
Bilawal said that people will Seri [pre-dawn meal] in ‘Naya (new) Pakistan’ and by then of Iftar they will enter “old Pakistan” as first day of Ramadan will fall on Sunday (tomorrow).
He meant possible exile of Prime Minister Imran Khan via vote on No-confidence action taking place tomorrow in National Assembly.
Turning to media in Islamabad, Bilawal said the devils are put in jail in holy month and “devil of Baths Gala” [residence of PM Imran] will also be closed.
He also expressed concern over Prime Minister Imran call for nationwide protests against opposition leaders.
Earlier today, the prime minister called on the country’s youth to take to the streets to hold “peaceful demonstrations.” against “foreign conspiracy” hatched to overthrow him government.
“Raise your voice and organize protests against this conspiracy is not for I but for in future of countries,” he said, addressing the youth on Saturday.
Bilawal said there were reports that the “defeated” Prime Minister Imran would try to undermine the democratic process, adding that “thugs” of PTI was heading to Islamabad ahead of vote of no confidence.
