Maulana Fazlur Rehman, head of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) on On Friday he said Prime Minister Imran Khan does not have the authority to impose an emergency or that of the governor rule after losing the support of majority.
Refering to senior appointments e transfers by the incumbent government Fazl stated that after the opposition motion of no confidence, any transfer or appointment of the premier or the government it would be unconstitutional.
He also said that any type of would take in consideration of the custody, appointment or withdrawal by the premier wrong and it would also be thwarted.
Fazl’s remarks came after Prime Minister Imran assigned his principal secretary Azam Khan as an executive director of World Bank.
Prime Minister Imran has appointed Azam as an executive director of the World Bank for a term of four years shorting a process that requires interviews e test of candidates.
