Islamabad: The High Court of Islamabad (IHC) on The verdict was reserved on Tuesday on maintainability of a petition submitted against the detail of safety sought by the garment in pension justice Gulzar Ahmed.
The petitioner appeared Riaz Hanif Rahi in the court and requested the transfer of the case to another bench.
However, Chief Justice Athar Minallah told him the petitioner could not get a bench of their choice.
“Which bench hear your petition is at the discretion of the court, not yours. It’s better start giving arguments on the merits of the case, “he said.
The petitioner he said he had no further arguments to offer in the case, and asked the court to do so give any order he deems appropriate.
