BAE Systems now owns Bohemia Interactive Simulations, although it is not clear how much was paid for it. However, in a Czech newspaper, the former marketing head of the developer reports that the deal is worth billions.
BAE Systems took over the studio from an investment company , which it bought in 2013 from Arma and Operation Flashpoint developer Bohemia Interactive. The studio specializes in developing realistic simulations for military personnel.
Although Bohemia Interactive and Bohemia Interactive Simulations Divorced since 2013, there was still a close collaboration between the two studios. It is not clear in what form this collaboration will continue.
