Darkness haunts the people of Libya.. “Nothing has changed in years.”

Despite months of calm in the country, darkness and extreme darkness still surround entire neighborhoods in Libya due to random power outages. Ten years, amid inability to find solutions to it, despite a political breakthrough that began a while ago.
