The developer of the GTA 5 VR mod made more or less the same for Red Dead Redemption 2.
Luke Ross, creator of the popular GTA 5 VR mod, is in the process of creating a VR mod for Red Dead Redemption 2. The early access version of the mod is now playable via Ross’s Patreon .
The creator states that it took him about six months to make the mod and that fans of his work like it best support through Patreon. Ross also says he has plans to do the same for Cyberpunk 2077, Horizon Zero Dawn and Assassin’s Creed Valhalla.
Finally, Ross warns players that the mod is still far from perfect and that it is an early version. There seem to be problems with the control of the camera and certain objects clip from time to time.
