Warfare has received a next-gen update for Xbox Series X and S. Microsoft says that.
“Our new rendering engine allows dynamic lighting effects in real time and volumetric shadows provide our most immersive experience yet, in 4K resolution and 60 fps on Series X, and 1080p and 60 fps on Series S, ”says developer Digital Extremes.
The update also brings a new audio system that should bring more depth and detail. Furthermore, the loading times have been shortened and the new version is cross-play with Xbox One.
The upgrade is accompanied by the free Call of the Tempestario- update, which also appears on other platforms. It adds, among other things, a new Warframe, a new story quest and the ship The Railjack to the game. Players can assemble the ship and fight against enemies.
The updates are now available for free.
