A statement from the NYPD says that the woman told officers that she had been attacked. She was taken to the hospital with "minor injuries to her head and neck."

According to the police statement, at 11:14 a.m., they got a call to 911. "A preliminary investigation found that a 33-year-old man and a 30-year-old woman had a domestic dispute," the police said. "The victim told the police she had been attacked. The 33-year-old man was taken into custody without any problems. The victim had minor injuries to her head and neck, and she was taken to a hospital, where her condition was stable.
