Toy Story 4: Tom Hanks and Tim Allen reveal which scenes made them shed a tear
In a recent interaction, the cast of the film revealed their favourite parts about Toy Story 4 and which scenes had them choked up.
The good ol’ Toy Story franchise is all set to return next week as Toy Story 4 will release in India. For years, as kids and well into our late teenage years, we have been on a journey with Woody, Buzz Lightyear and their friends as they go from Infinity and Beyond. They made us laugh just as much as they made us cry. Now, we’re getting Toy Story 4 with Tom Hanks and Tim Allen reprising the voices of Woody and Buzz. And in a recent interaction, the cast of the film revealed their favourite parts about the famous franchise.
Speaking to E!News, the actors opened up about what had them choked up as they voiced the characters. Tom Hanks recalled a moment from Toy Story which had him in tears. He said, “It was at the end of Toy Story, in which everyone was going to meet their fiery doom, and what did they do as they were reaching closer to the pit of eternity? They reached out for each other.”
Whereas for Tim Allen, Forky saying, ‘You are never trash, you are worth something to somebody’, got him all choked up. This time around we will also see another toy joining in the adventures in the form of Duke Caboom voiced by John Wick star Keanu Reeves.
The film is slated to hit the theatres on 21 June, 2019, and also includes Annie Potts, Joan Cusack, Tony Hale, Christina Hendricks, Keegan-Michael Key and Jordan Peele. Are you looking forward to Toy Story 4? Let us know in the comments below.
