US carriers apply for added frequencies to Tokyo – World Flight Network

US carriers American Airlines, Delta Air Lines, Hawaiian Airlines and United Airlines personal applied for 19 extra day-to-day frequencies between the US and Tokyo Haneda World Airport (HND), after the US and Japan reached a tentative settlement to expand gain entry to for US-American airlines at Haneda Airport.   • Portland (PDX) – Tokyo Haneda
  • Seattle (SEA) – Tokyo Haneda

The connection between Honolulu and Tokyo Haneda could be operated as a twice-day-to-day carrier, per Delta’s software program with the US Division of Transportation (DOT). The airline announced that its proposed route between Seattle and Tokyo Haneda is scheduled to be operated by the unusual Airbus A330-900neo airplane, which is yet to be dropped at the carrier.
