Packers contemporary head coach fires special teams coordinator – WISN Milwaukee

Matt LaFleur made his first stream as head coach of the Packers on Thursday by firing special teams coordinator Ron Zook, who took over the special teams unit in 2015, ESPN reported.

Zook took over after the 2014 NFC meltdown in Seattle, and the unit regressed relief to that stage in 2018.

From the Ty Sir Bernard Law fumble to the Tarik Cohen punt returns, the special teams had a phase in various key Packers losses.

The search begins for Zook’s replace.
