The union that represents air traffic controllers is suing the federal government over the partial shutdown, becoming a member of a rising list of unions which have filed complaints, including one on behalf of TSA brokers.

The suit, which names President Donald Trump along with several FAA officers as defendants, accuses the administration of “depriving [air traffic controllers] of their exhausting-earned compensation with out the requisite due route of.”
