The union that represents air traffic controllers is suing the federal government over the partial shutdown, becoming a member of a rising list of unions which have filed complaints, including one on behalf of TSA brokers.
The suit, which names President Donald Trump along with several FAA officers as defendants, accuses the administration of “depriving [air traffic controllers] of their exhausting-earned compensation with out the requisite due route of.”

Controllers, who are required to work with out pay all the plan thru the shutdown, had been scheduled to receive a paycheck Thursday and as an substitute got pay stubs studying zero or one or two dollars. “Defendants’ unlawful failure to pay plaintiffs and these similarly positioned has and continues to have a devastating fabricate on these devoted federal workers’ lives,” the National Air Visitors Controllers Association wrote.
The union that represents TSA brokers has also sued,alleging the shutdown violates labor licensed pointers.
